Carolina After Dark

Carolina After Dark (CAD) is an outreach initiative primarily supporting evening and weekend programming and event opportunities on campus. We can provide up to $750 for eligible events of registered student organizations, campus departments, or related affiliated agencies. The event must be:

Held Monday – Sunday, any time after 6 pm**
- Events held from Sunday to Wednesday are eligible for $500 in funding.
- Events held from Thursday to Saturday are eligible for $750 in funding.
- **Exceptions to this time requirement are available for special events outside that window (e.g. UNC v. Duke Basketball, Halloween, etc.)
Open to all students
- Priority is given to larger events (150+ attendees)
Low or no participation charge
Substance-free
Comply with all UNC-CH policies
