Dimensions of Wellness

Progress, not perfection, is what I am striving for.

Many people tend to assess their well-being through the lens of physical and mental health. However, both of these areas are influenced by each other in addition to the quality of our social lives, environment, spiritual practices, financial situations, and career fulfillment. That’s why we focus on the eight dimensions of wellness – a holistic framework that can help you build and maintain a foundation for optimal well-being through every season of your life.

Wellness is a continual journey, not a destination. Your well-being is shaped by your goals, environment, personal choices, and values – all of which shift and change as you go through life. So, it’s normal if there are times when you feel “off-balance”. Finding harmony starts with pausing and asking yourself – how am I doing in these areas? From there you can develop one or two small intentional steps to improve.

Scheduled System Outage

Campus Health systems will be upgraded starting Friday evening, May 9. The Patient Portal will remain available, but messages to staff may not be received or answered until Monday morning. Online Scheduling will be unavailable during the weekend. For emergencies, call 911.
