The Carolina Empowerment Network centers the experiences and academic success of first-year male undergraduates at UNC-Chapel Hill by providing academic, cultural, social, and professional development support, in addition to mentorship and access to resources. The group fosters belonging and equips participants with the skills for success at Carolina and beyond. While the Carolina Empowerment Network focuses on the transition experiences of male students (transfers, first-generation, and other groups), the program is open to all UNC-CH students.
