Cathy is a senior majoring in Psychology and Sociology with a minor in Neuroscience. She is passionate about mental health advocacy and has research interests in the sociology of mental health. In addition to her role with Healthy Heels, Cathy serves as a peer mentor for first-generation students with the HeelGuides and is the vice president of UNC’s Tri-Alpha chapter, the national honor society for first-gen students. Outside of academics, Cathy loves to travel, read, and discover new movies.
