Spirituality is the search for purpose, meaning, and connection to something bigger than yourself. It involves living in alignment with your actions, beliefs and values. Religion is a common way to practice spiritual wellness but there are many other ways to do so including:
- Reflecting on your purpose and values
- Practicing mindfulness through meditation or art
- Spending time in nature
At Student Wellness, we hope students can explore spirituality in ways that satisfy their own perception of what it means to them and work to connect students to opportunities where they can explore what this dimension means to them.
