Make it Rain - Financial Wellness for Students on a Limited Budget
There are many financial literacy resources out there, but very few cater to college students and the college experience. Many of these courses neglect tips on how to budget with limited funds, savings based on a restricted income, and overall, how to survive in college financially. This webinar will highlight challenging areas for students financially, engage students in smart decision making, and provide tips and skills for students to spend, budget, save, and pay for school. The webinar will also address the aspect of financial wellness and help relieve stressors associated with it.

Presenter bio
Patrick John Ryan graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2018. At his time in Carolina, he was a member of 5 Social Justice Clubs on Campus and started his own club, Acts of Random Kindness. He is currently in the second year of his master's program at the School of Social Work and serves as an MSW intern and BASICS Facilitator in the office of Student Wellness. His eventual goal is to direct a Violence and Trauma Prevention Center.
